Jennifer does an Amazing job ! She takes time to answer and go over any questions or concerns you may have! She does a great job with her placement for Botox! Takes time to look at your muscle structure, marks areas needed to get the results you want! I’ve seen Suzanne, Jennifer and Summer and they are all very good at what they do!

I found Perceptions after asking friends on IG for their recommendations & I am SO glad I did. I had the best experience. Starting with my first phone call. Eric genuinely took his time on the phone with me giving me information I don’t think I’ve ever been given. When I arrived for my appt, I was greeted & checked in kindly. Susan came & got me quickly. When I tell you I’m SO THANKFUL for this woman, it’s not an understatement. She is so informative & she’s experienced!! To be honest, she’s a miracle worker! I only went in for Botox this time but I’ve literally never looked better. I have a difficult forehead lol. A lot of fine lines & creasing. I also have one rlly deep line nobody can seem to smooth & she got it all! My eyebrows are even sitting much better than I’ve ever seen. I was looking at myself in the mirror in shock! I also went for a two week check up. She knew just what I needed which was a tiny bit more & sent me on my way. I was so impressed by my first service.. both Perceptions & Susan are stuck with me now. I 100% recommend!

Sad I had to move state! I was a facial and botox member for more than a couple years at Perceptions Fair Oaks. Skyler has done wonders for my skincare routine! She is the most personable/skilled Esthetician provider out there. Summer is an amazing RN botox injector with a wealth of knowledge and gentle touch. I’m such a baby but she nurtures me through it every time lol. I will miss the whole team! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Perceptions Aesthetic Spa since 2019. Over the years I’ve received Botox, Juvederm lip filler, and laser hair removal from Nurse Jennifer. I get Botox on my forehead, eyes, and upper lip. I’m always very happy with the results, and see a ‘fresh look’ difference in about 10 days. Nurse Jennifer uses one syringe of Juvederm on my lips about once a year. My goal is for my lips to look full, but still keep a natural look at the same time. Nurse Jennifer helps me achieve this goal every time! Laser hair removal has been the best decision ever, and I have absolutely no regrets other than I should have started this years ago. I started off with a Brazilian hair removal package, and then added a leg hair removal package as well. Nurse Jennifer is professional and caring, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. Perceptions Aesthetic Spa has great deals and special during “Injection Week”. They also have a “Botox Membership” plan with a ton of benefits. I plan on receiving an IPL Photofacial in the next few months with my Botox Membership benefits and will give an update after. The staff at the Perceptions Aesthetic Spa is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Perceptions to anybody.

Love perceptions. Originally went on a Groupon. Very impressed! Been going back for 5 years! Friendly receptionist. Estheticians are experts. No hard sell on product. Great specials throughout the year too! RN’s are pros for fillers and Botox.

this was my first time here at the Roseville location and Melanie did a "titch" more botox today on my follow-up from my last appointment. She is so comfortable to speak with and truely listens to my wishes for what I want to achieve. her technique, her opinion, her mannerisms are very professional. she did lip filler for me at the other location and I couldn't be happier with those results as well! the receptionist here today was very welcoming and answered all my questions with the check-in and check-out process. highly recommend!!

Oh my gosh just had the best time with Susan!! My good friend and I came for our very first experience me for Botox and her for lip filler. We were able to go in together which made us feel great and Susan made the experience even more comfortable with her knowledge and finesse. This girl has such skills! My Botox was so quick and harmless save for some small pinches and my friend said her lip filler didn’t hurt one bit, no numbing cream needed. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is great! I did my research for awhile before deciding to go here and I am so glad I did!My very first visit was for Botox. Everyone in the office was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave off a feeling of actually caring and not just trying to make money off me.After Botox, I was interested in microneedling sessions.Amy answered all my questions, was very patient during the process of setting up my payment options, and gave advice based on my wants and needs. I did not get the feeling that I was just being pitched the most expensive option which most other places I had that feeling from the first phone call.I have now had two mirconeedling sessions done by Summer and Summer is great! I appreciate how she explains each step along the process, checks in with my needs, and is very friendly and honest with questions. Truly just overall great experience. I requested she do all my future microneedling and botox.This is also my first review I have done on Goggle and throught thus place deserved the good review. Highly recommend!

I had been curious about fillers/botox for a few months now. After doing my research I knew that I wanted to come here. Despite their busy schedule due to injection week, they fit me and my 2 friends in. Nurse Susan Rauch was incredible! She was honest, straightforward, and gave her opinion on what options were best for us. I got lip filler and botox for the first time, and in my head I thought both would be a pretty painful process. Instead, she was so skilled that the pain was minimal and the results were just what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning, and I say if you have any hesitation, just make the appointment already!

I received botox today for the first time! I was very nervous, but the staff was very reassuring and provided a positive & calming atmosphere. I love that they tier the pricing on botox, so you do not pay as much as other places if you need more units. The overall procedure took 5 mins. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!!

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Elle did Botox and fillers on my mother and I. She took the time to discuss my needs and the look I wanted. It was perfection! When it came my moms turn she did a fabulous job she really knows what she is doing and where the fillers need to be placed to get the look my mom wanted.
