Excellent experience all around from consultation, services provided, to outcomes. Very happy with my microneedling results. Staff are competent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful of your goals -- and what I mean by that, is I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn't need, or was not interested in, but also have given me solid advice and honest feedback on the best options for what I'm trying to achieve, and having realistic expectations. In my opinion and experience they prioritize quality over quantity and I find this establishment to be a trustworthy provider of esthetic services.

Eric genuinely took his time on the phone with me giving me information I don’t think I’ve ever been given. When I arrived for my appt, I was greeted & checked in kindly. Susan came & got me quickly. When I tell you I’m SO THANKFUL for this woman, it’s not an understatement. She is so informative & she’s experienced!! To be honest, she’s a miracle worker! I only went in for Botox this time but I’ve literally never looked better. I have a difficult forehead lol. A lot of fine lines & creasing. I also have one rlly deep line nobody can seem to smooth & she got it all! My eyebrows are even sitting much better than I’ve ever seen. I was looking at myself in the mirror in shock! I’ve been going to Perceptions Aesthetic Spa since 2019. Over the years I’ve received Botox, Juvederm lip filler, and laser hair removal from Nurse Jennifer. I get Botox on my forehead, eyes, and upper lip. I’m always very happy with the results, and see a ‘fresh look’ difference in about 10 days. Nurse Jennifer uses one syringe of Juvederm on my lips about once a year. My goal is for my lips to look full, but still keep a natural look at the same time. Nurse Jennifer helps me achieve this goal every time! Laser hair removal has been the best decision ever, and I have absolutely no regrets other than I should have started this years ago. I started off with a Brazilian hair removal package, and then added a leg hair removal package as well. Nurse Jennifer is professional and caring, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. Perceptions Aesthetic Spa has great deals and special during “Injection Week”. They also have a “Botox Membership” plan with a ton of benefits. I plan on receiving an IPL Photofacial in the next few months with my Botox Membership benefits and will give an update after. The staff at the Perceptions Aesthetic Spa is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Perceptions to anybody.

From the time smiley Ms. Elizabeth greets me by name when I walk in the door, Jennifer retrieves me from the left side, or Naomi escorts me to the back for a rockstar level Vivace treatment, I know I'm leaving with money well spent. Vivace is my fountain of youth. It's a 32 gold tipped microneedling with radio frequency treatment that keeps years and years off my face with no cutting and little to no downtown. Truly, it's just that you shouldn't put makeup and such on while the needling and such close up. Google the Vivace procedure for a full explanation.

Oh my gosh just had the best time with Susan!! My good friend and I came for our very first experience me for Botox and her for lip filler. We were able to go in together which made us feel great and Susan made the experience even more comfortable with her knowledge and finesse. This girl has such skills! My Botox was so quick and harmless save for some small pinches and my friend said her lip filler didn’t hurt one bit, no numbing cream needed. Can’t wait to go back!

I had been curious about fillers/botox for a few months now. After doing my research I knew that I wanted to come here. Despite their busy schedule due to injection week, they fit me and my 2 friends in. Nurse Susan Rauch was incredible! She was honest, straightforward, and gave her opinion on what options were best for us. I got lip filler and botox for the first time, and in my head I thought both would be a pretty painful process. Instead, she was so skilled that the pain was minimal and the results were just what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning, and I say if you have any hesitation, just make the appointment already!

I had Juvaderm lip filler done with the RN Nancy. She is incredible and made the process painless and easy. I will definitely be coming back and have been recommending her to everyone who compliments my lips. They look natural and beautiful. The first Dr I had do my lips messed them up and she was able to correct the encapsulated old filler. I am so happy with the result.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Elle did Botox and fillers on my mother and I. She took the time to discuss my needs and the look I wanted. It was perfection! When it came my moms turn she did a fabulous job she really knows what she is doing and where the fillers need to be placed to get the look my mom wanted.

Bassil Kamas is wonderful! I've been searching for a massage therapist for a really long time, but have been reticent to try anyone because I'm easily disappointed (I have really high standards and am unapologetic about it). His reviews were astounding so I tried him out and, yes, the hype is real. He is amazing.

I love having Naomi do my facials. She's wonderful and very talented. Sherry did my massage and it was fantastic. I highly recommend them both!

I've been getting laser hair removal done here. Jennifer is awesome! She always makes sure that I am comfortable, and lets me know if an area might be a little more painful. The hair is growing in much finer or not at all. Love it!

I've seen Susan for a number of years and she's the best!! I really love this place. They have great specials and also like the estaticians and masseuses. Have bought packages for my son, daughter and husband. But I'm a total regular.

Came here because of a Groupon! Usually not sure what to expect - do people get irked by these? Are they happy because it brings in new business? In any case, I was impressed upon walking in. Comfy couches, lots of magazines and Latisse! So happy to find a distributor.My Groupon was for a 60 minute massage. I got there about 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, etc. and the masseuse never showed! Meanwhile, they offered me a complimentary brow wax, which I was in need of. So after waiting for about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I had to reschedule, this time they upgraded me to 90 minutes! I was out of Latisse, so I was able to purchase it there - that was a bonus.Second time around, finally was led to a subdued, candle-lit room with Enya-esque music in the background. I forgot the masseuse's name (I have her card somewhere...) but it was not the one who flaked initially. I asked for firm pressure (I like to feel some pain) and yes, she delivered.They have monthly plans starting at $65 a month - includes either a facial or 60 min massage - and I am tempted to indulge in some self care. Definitely plan on coming back, with or without a Groupon.

I’ve had a lot of facials in my life…NONE compare to the ones I’ve received from Kimberly. She is fantastic. I can’t say enough how wonderful she is at what she does. And the best part, she massages your neck and shoulders while your mask soaks. AHHHmazing!

Perceptions is a wonderful experience from check in to treatment. They are always very pleasant, helpful and professional. I never feel rushed and all my questions are addressed. Their follow up is always thoughtful. I very much recommend this business and appreciate their talents.
